At the heart of his creative process lies a reverence for natural materials and colors. Utilizing the earthy tones of natural pigments and the grounding essence of charcoal sourced from Palo Santo, Sylvain infuses his artworks with a connection to the primal forces of the natural world. Acrylics serve as a versatile medium, allowing him to capture the essence of fluidity and movement in his compositions.
His artworks often feature motifs of sacred trees, and genitals intertwined symbolic of growth, resilience, and interconnectedness. These elements are woven together in a tapestry of prayerful intention, inviting viewers to enter a luminal space where the boundaries between the physical and spiritual realms blur.
